Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from user research to final implementation
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize user feedback to drive design improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure design alignment
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to our design culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years experience without degree)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of UX design experience with measurable impact
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture
- Experience with responsive web and mobile app design patterns
- Proficiency in A/B testing and data-driven design decision making
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
