Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and gather actionable user feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions and continuous optimization
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, persona development)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and user-centered solutions
