Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Advocate for the user at every stage of the design process, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity standards are met.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive, visually compelling designs that drive engagement and conversion.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and conduct design reviews to iterate and refine solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Axure.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and visual design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
