Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a cohesive and seamless experience.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to gather actionable insights.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and other design tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into visual designs.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency across all client projects.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, effectively articulating the "why" behind design decisions.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the software or e-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes, including research, wireframing, and high-fidelity UI.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with the ability to synthesize data into design improvements.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
