Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Develop SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, clean, and prepare data for analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of driving insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with hypothesis testing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) data warehousing solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data projects and business outcomes
- Preferred: Experience in fintech or SaaS industries
