Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across complex web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and data-driven rationale
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to foster team growth
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously optimize user journeys
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B solutions
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and journey mapping
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Proven track record of shipping successful digital products
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
