Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to identify business opportunities
- Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with product teams to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Support ad-hoc data requests with rapid, insightful analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and hypothesis testing abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
