Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for complex digital products
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure seamless implementation
- Establish design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across platforms
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-building workshops
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels and engagement metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing 3+ enterprise-level projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
