Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Design wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into user-centric design solutions.
- Create and maintain a consistent design system that scales across multiple products and platforms.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, A/B test results, and analytics data.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Advocate for the end-user in every decision, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity standards are met.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your process and final deliverables.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment while meeting tight deadlines.
