Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Create high-fidelity mockups and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research sessions and analyze data to drive design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Maintain and evolve our design language across all digital touchpoints
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability heuristics
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Proficiency in creating design systems and maintaining component libraries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
