Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research: Utilize methodologies such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design assumptions.
- Design Systems & Prototyping: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable design solutions.
- Usability Testing: Lead usability testing sessions, analyze results, and iterate on designs to improve user satisfaction and conversion rates.
- Accessibility: Ensure all digital products adhere to WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment.
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Figma and other design tools; basic understanding of HTML/CSS and prototyping libraries.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a portfolio of shipped products.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
