Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping for mobile/web applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Establish and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across products
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process and visual design skills
