Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for complex digital products
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to align design strategy
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Maintain and evolve our design system while establishing UX best practices
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing SaaS or enterprise products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent visual communication skills with attention to detail and typography
- Ability to thrive in remote/hybrid environments with strong self-management skills
