Responsibilities
- Conduct User Research: Plan and execute user interviews, usability studies, and competitive audits to gather actionable insights.
- Design & Prototyping: Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and fully designed user flows using industry-standard tools.
- Interface Design: Develop pixel-perfect UI components, ensuring visual consistency across web and mobile platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation is accurate and maintains the intended user experience.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure scalability and efficiency for the engineering team.
- Accessibility: Ensure all designs comply with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and prototyping tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Process: Demonstrated experience in the full design lifecycle, from research to high-fidelity delivery.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Remote-Ready: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing time effectively in a remote work environment.
