You'll lead end-to-end design processes for enterprise SaaS platforms while mentoring junior designers and driving design system evolution.
Responsibilities
- Execute user-centered design research including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design specifications in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect UIs
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems with consistent design language
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct A/B tests to validate design decisions and optimize conversion rates
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill-sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with enterprise B2B products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with agile development processes and Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
