Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing in Hawaii's diverse markets
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI patterns
- Analyze user behavior data to drive continuous improvement
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with compelling storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with digital products
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Miro, Jira)
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Background in designing for cross-cultural audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
