Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create and maintain scalable design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Conduct user testing sessions and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across the organization
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels and engagement metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience with remote collaboration tools and distributed team workflows
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions clearly
