Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design initiatives, from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user journey across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to uncover deep insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable design specifications.
- Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams, advocating for the user's voice throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proven portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and process.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
