Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop comprehensive design systems and maintain consistent brand experiences across all platforms
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics
- Mentor junior designers and champion user-centered design principles across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience conducting user research (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and responsive design frameworks
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
