Responsibilities

- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking methodologies
- Optimize user flows and conversion funnels for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B or entertainment projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies and data-driven design decisions
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
