What You Will Do:
As a Senior UX Designer, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and user needs. You will lead design initiatives, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver world-class software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead User-Centric Design: Own the end-to-end UX process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing.
- Design System Leadership: Contribute to and maintain our internal design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital products.
- Collaborative Strategy: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business goals into seamless, accessible user journeys.
- Visual & Interaction Design: Create stunning, pixel-perfect interfaces that not only look great but drive engagement and conversion.
- Research & Validation: Conduct user interviews and analyze data to validate design decisions and iterate on features based on feedback.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Portfolio: A strong, polished portfolio showcasing successful projects and a clear design process.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts to stakeholders.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Accessibility: Deep understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles.
