Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing sessions and synthesize insights to iterate on designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, marketing) to align on design solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across digital products
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user needs
- Stay current with UX trends, tools, and methodologies through continuous learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years experience required)
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ complex digital products with measurable impact
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Experience with responsive web and mobile app design patterns
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for design handoff
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Experience working in agile development environments
