Key Responsibilities
As a UX Designer at Apex Digital, you will:
- Lead end-to-end user research initiatives, including usability testing, surveys, and competitive analysis.
- Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure brand consistency across web and mobile.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to define product requirements.
- Conduct design critiques and present compelling visual narratives to senior leadership.
- Advocate for accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA standards) in every design iteration.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who brings passion and expertise to the table:
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI Design.
- Proficiency in Figma with a strong command of prototyping tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects and a user-centric design process.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints.
