In this position, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and intuitive user designs. You will lead the end-to-end design process, from initial research to high-fidelity prototyping, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of usability and aesthetics.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system that ensures visual consistency and accelerates the development process.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Present design concepts and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
- Optimize user interfaces for maximum accessibility, responsiveness, and performance across all devices.
- Stay abreast of the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our product offerings.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful projects.
- Proficiency in designing for mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to drive design decisions.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
