Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data-driven design validation
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B/B2C products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and measurable outcomes
- Immediate availability for onboarding (within 1 week)
