As a Senior UX Designer, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and intuitive user experiences. You will work closely with product managers and developers to deliver products that are not only functional but also delightful to use.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover deep insights and drive design decisions.
- Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces (UI) and seamless user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into design solutions.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
- Advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure our products are inclusive for all users.
- Analyze user behavior metrics and iterate on designs based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects.
- Proficiency in designing for responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions.
