Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to drive data-informed design decisions
- Create end-to-end design artifacts: user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs while maintaining system consistency
- Develop and maintain design systems, components, and documentation for cross-functional teams
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team capabilities
- Analyze user behavior data and A/B test results to continuously optimize experiences
Qualifications
- 8+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and information architecture
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA standards)
- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JS) for effective collaboration
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
