Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Collaborate with product teams to align design with business objectives
- Develop and maintain design systems for scalable solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and executive leadership

Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS/FinTech portfolio
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research and usability testing

- Proven ability to translate complex data into intuitive interfaces
