Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces
- Develop design systems and maintain consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user needs
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops
- Analyze user data and iterate on designs based on performance metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B solutions
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive designs
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
