What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Design & Prototype: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our internal design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Accessibility: Ensure all designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
- Portfolio: A strong, up-to-date portfolio demonstrating a range of projects and problem-solving skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
