Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to define product requirements and user stories.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and visual designs using industry-standard tools like Figma and Sketch.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system that scales across multiple products.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented with pixel-perfect precision.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, effectively communicating the 'why' behind design decisions.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and design excellence.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a product or agency environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design processes, from research to high-fidelity UI.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma) and design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch).
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
