Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for SaaS healthcare applications
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and optimize experiences
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design and user research
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience in healthcare or B2B tech industries preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
