Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation using provided professional equipment
- Collaborate with product teams to define user journeys and create interactive prototypes
- Conduct user testing sessions and synthesize insights to drive design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion UX best practices
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
