Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation for enterprise-level SaaS platforms
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to drive design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across 15+ products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Present design rationale to executive stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design critique sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies (surveys, A/B testing, journey mapping)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools with animation skills
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Experience working in agile development environments with Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent portfolio)
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive user experiences
