Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive interfaces and design systems for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and champion design best practices
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops
- Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on design solutions
- Ensure accessibility compliance and inclusive design principles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture
- Experience with prototyping tools like Principle or InVision
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote-hybrid environment with provided equipment
