- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure implementation fidelity
- Stay current with UX trends and contribute to design team innovation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (equipment provided)
- Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
