Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to prototyping
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools
- Conduct user testing sessions and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with business goals
- Maintain and evolve design systems for consistent user experiences

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
