Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop user-centered solutions for web and mobile applications using Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and user research to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create design systems and maintain component libraries for scalability
- Present design solutions to executive leadership and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing sessions
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels and engagement metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience working in agile development environments with Jira/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user satisfaction and business metrics
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
