Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and create personas.
- Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications using Figma and Sketch.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions.
- Iterate rapidly on designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and testing results.
- Maintain and evolve our Design System to ensure consistency across all products.
- Advocate for the user voice throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
- A strong, up-to-date portfolio demonstrating a range of projects and design thinking processes.
- Proficiency in designing for both desktop and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma with the ability to create interactive prototypes.
- Experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and prototyping tools like Principle or Adobe XD is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing sessions.
