Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems and maintain design consistency
- Create user flows, interaction models, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and design workshops to align on product vision
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on designs and optimize conversion metrics
- Mentor junior designers and establish design documentation standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B and consumer products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma (primary), Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong background in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile development environments
- Understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and responsive design principles
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
