Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes in Figma
- Develop design systems and ensure UI/UX consistency across platforms
- Analyze user behavior data to inform iterative design improvements
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative design culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience in B2B or fintech products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
