Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions
- Conduct user interviews and analyze data to inform design decisions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex enterprise solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies including journey mapping and persona development
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
