Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems and maintain design consistency
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation and style guides
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion user-centered design principles across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Experience implementing design systems and component libraries
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to balance business needs and user requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and conversion rates
