Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs and iterate based on user feedback
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design rationale
