Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end user research, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business goals into seamless user journeys.
- Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) to ensure inclusive digital experiences for all users.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual and interaction design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and wireframing techniques.
- Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions.
- BS/BA degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
