Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team and executive leadership.
- Optimize user interfaces for speed, responsiveness, and accessibility.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects with a focus on user-centered solutions.
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
