Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers while maintaining high-quality standards
- Optimize database performance and implement scalable caching strategies
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology stack evolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in Java, REST APIs, and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Strong AWS experience with EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
