Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from discovery and research to wireframing and high-fidelity prototyping.
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive product iterations.
- Create comprehensive user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into seamless digital solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and defend creative decisions to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, including mobile and web applications.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar prototyping tools.
- Experience with user research methodologies, personas, and journey mapping.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design concepts clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
