Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive, accessible, and visually stunning interfaces.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system and component library to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to gather insights and validate design hypotheses.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to leadership teams, effectively advocating for the user's perspective.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful product launches.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design patterns.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to drive design decisions.
- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
