Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative problem solver who can bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and user needs. As our Senior UX Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process, from wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping, ensuring our products are not only beautiful but highly functional.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Translate user feedback and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the team’s growth and design culture.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a history of successful user-centered design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience with prototyping tools like Principle or Framer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- BS/MS degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
